I had an amazing privilege this weekend. I got to play with white lion cubs. Getting to touch and interact one on one with lion cubs is rare enough, but white lions even more so! I had to remind myself that this kind of experience is shared by only a very few and I’m extremely grateful to have had this opportunity. Also got to see a tigers, cheetah and more! Happy days! Thanks to to my friends who took me. Glad we choose the lion park in the end 🙂

Welcome back. That’s what Cape Town seemed to say as we came down Sir Lowry’s Pass and made our way into the Mother City. It’s been about 18 months, it seemed so long since I’d been here and at the same time, like I never left. Odd. A long trip down overnight, arrived in Cape Town around 11 and Alan picked me up.
