This morning one of my dearest friends passed. His name was Bono, he was my friend, my companion and I will miss him. Where ever he went he brought his own joyous mixture of love and affection for all those around him. Touching lives where ever he went and bringing a smile to all those that met him. Had a nice sunrise dive this morning. We still experiencing quite heavy swell so most of my normal spots are washed out at the moment. However the tide was just right at sunrise this morning so that “blue fish gully” was on. It’s a big gully running out just below my house and when if you can get in there… it usually bags you a fish or two. It was tough diving though. Looks like there’ll be no diving for the next few days with serious winter swell rolling through, 14-15 foot… not so good when you got to get back in on the rocks… Now I’d like to say I’ll be dusting of my board and going for a surf… bloody hell. News in from me old buddy Ross who had a cracking day diving yesterday. Having spent hours hunting those beauties myself, take it from me, those are bloody good fish for Mount’s Bay! Nice one Boet!
