The news is full today about the Brisbane flood. 15 dead so far and many many missing. In Brazil “100s” dead in floods and in Sri Lanka “100000’s displaced” nobody know how many dead… I used to live less than hour away from where this happening right now in Queensland and trust that old friends whom I’ve not spoken to for a very long time are all safe and well. When I look around me I know we are not ready to deal with this if it happens to us…

Woke up this morning to about 2-4 inches of snow! So unexpected which made it an even better surprise. I know it’s a bugger for those that have to try get to work, but enjoy it!
