Last Thursday Chloe had to be put down. Sad day for me and Mum. Chloe was my dog but when I moved the UK she went to go stay with Mum and they really grew close over the years. When I moved back to SA and then to Kidds Beach, Chloe stayed with Mum. She was getting old by then and struggled with mobility, but they also had such a special relationship so it seemed unfair to split them. So she stayed and was her stately self till the end.…

Been some time since I posted some proper news . So thought I’d do a good catchup now that I have some time off, share news, some pics and the like. It’s a long one, be forewarned, but there some lovely pics and a lot going on so stick with it. Here a few sunrises from November to enjoy first up (click to enlarge the images). December’s. The world is a poorer place today. I’ll write more about this amazing animal again, but for now enjoy some pictures and wonderful memories with me. Click the images to enlarge. More…
Woke up this morning a touch later than normal but still nice an early! Decided to get the day and year off to the right start and took myself and Bono for nice walk. As I stepped outside I was greeted with a great rumbling… a storm approaching. It’s been so hot that it’s really not unexpected, perhaps even surprised that it’s taken so long. Anyway I figured even if we get wet it will be awesome so off we went. Got some great pics down by the tidal pool.…
