Tomatoes are coming in thick and fast now from the garden. Fantastic in a mixed lettuce salad from the garden! Now all I need is a goat so I can make some decent goats cheese to go with that. Later today I’m putting up an owl box in the large bramler tree outside. They a huge help with keeping rat numbers down which have exploded with no real predators about. Will post some pics later.

The dessert I made for lunch today, yum! INGREDIENTS 1X 360g tin of caramel (or make your own with condense milk, I prefer this) 500ml cream, chilled. One of my favourites and a great “hot” dessert for when it’s cold outside.
