What lekker weekend. Great parkrun on Saturday morning, 26:59. (that 25min looking closer now!) Swimming and sundowners at the Gonubie river/beach. Stunning chow and evening out at Sanook. If you not been go, atmosphere and setting is great and the food fantastic. And do have the chocolate brownies for dessert… I know of only one better brownie out there! Ginger & Co. Lovely day out on Sunday with friends at Tea in the Trees in Chintsa, stunning little market and restaurant. Picked up Dru, Rob and Nicole and we made our way out there with the intention of finding a nice spot for lunch. The market was on and they have some great stalls. This past weekend I got the opportunity to get away to Bushmans to celebrate Tracy and Dru’s birthdays, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. How lekker is that 🙂 We left Kidds after work on Friday and had a really enjoyable drive down to Bushmans. I generally walk every morning at sunrise and get to enjoy some quiet time at one of the most beautiful times of the day in a beautiful setting. It’s food for the soul and keeps me grounded.
