Definitely a slower run today, but hey after smashing into the 23’s last week I figured a nice comfortable run will do me just fine 🙂 Read: I was a bit lazy today.

Over 1 min off my previous PB of 24:26…ran for the first time in my new trainers. I think I like them 🙂 23:22, wow man I was not expecting that! 23:22…enough said. Did I mention how quick that is at 23:22? Ok enough Brendan.

Matched last months PB of 24:26 today. Good strong run. Been pushing harder on the long flat stretch in front and that seems to be where I can find some time.
