Every year I create a playlist, a “mixed tape” if you will, of my favourite tracks. I give this to friends as gifts and the like. Just sharing the love and all. I’ve done it for a few years now but it’s been a bit hard (read I’ve not taken the time to do it…) to share this easily with you if I’m not going to physically see you.
Enter Youtube. I think this is a pretty good option for now. You can listen to most of the tracks as I would have put them on the CD or playlist so happy days 🙂
The criteria for songs to make it onto my annual playlist are as follows:
- I gotta love it
- Think others will like it
- Not have been used in any of my previous annual compilations
