Easter weekend was pretty good! Lots on! Friday we did the traditional walk to Lamorna and back from Mousehole. The weather was not to bad but the path was very wet with plenty of rain the week before. When we got to Carn Du the wind was up and sleet in the air! So, been feeling a little homesick with this long ol’ winter we’ve had. Needed something to cheer me up. These did. Off to the pool now! Hoping for another good session of an hour non-stop mile+ swim! Got back from the pool, had a shower and feel like a MACHINE!!! WHOOP WHOOP!! 70+ laps I reckon (1,7 kms)!
Yesterday I did my first mile non-stop in the pool. I’m very very chuffed, it’s not something I thought I would easily achieve. It’s very liberating.
