- Need one tin of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (or more for taste)
- Third to whole clove of garlic, crushed (how much depends on your love for garlic)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Bit of salt
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 4 tbsp water (ideally the water from the chickpeas)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
Stick it in a bowl and blend the crap out of it with a stick blender. Taste and season with more salt and lemon as needed.
If you serving it fresh with some bread or stuff. Stick in a nice bowl, drizzle olive oil over it, sprinkle with sesame seeds or paprika and put some green on top like some fresh basil.
