I generally walk every morning at sunrise and get to enjoy some quiet time at one of the most beautiful times of the day in a beautiful setting. It’s food for the soul and keeps me grounded. If I’m feeling sprightly I’ll do a few yoga poses before taking some time to sit on the rocks and have some quiet time.
Last night Benj asked if I wanted to join him and Jean on the beach for some exercise. Cool I said. And what a great morning. We had a short run across the bay to warm up, did some dune sprints then some core work. Think I’ll be bringing my swimming gear too from now on. What a great way to plug into an amazing time of the day and also get some good exercise. Looking forward to doing this more regularly now. Thanks Benji and Jean.
