For my Park Run results I’m going to do a monthly post that I’ll just update rather than a weekly post that just clutters up the blog. Think that will be a good way to list the times and monitor how I’m doing too. I.e. week by week on one page per month and I can list my average for the last month and goal for next month… anyway, work in progress so we’ll see how it goes.

Nice park run today! Lovely little westerly at our backs along the front and nice and cool. Sneaked another few seconds of my PB, now 26:54. Hoping for a dive tomorrow with this nice westerly!

Bit slower today thanks to Mal! He decided to have a toilet break mid-race… thanks Mal! Anyway, next race in Feb I want to be into the 25’s. Lets see how that goes. Going to work hard on cardio this week and hope for good weather on Sat, i.e. no easterly!

Sub 26 and by a good margin!!!!! Whoop whoop!!!! And that’s after a few glasses of red wine last night too for Jo’s birthday party 😉 I’m super chuffed with getting in under 26 minutes before February. Trained hard this past week, so thanks Benj for the motivation and getting out there with me. Feb goal looking likely now 🙂
