A quick update

It’s been to long since I posted, so here then a very quick update!

• I not been spearfishing since last year when I got my arse handed to me on the rocks at blue fish gully. But… my mojo is back. Need to get my gear all ready and then it’s time get some fish again.
• Running, I hurt my ITB last year doing a long trail run over very rough terrain. It’s only now starting to come right but I got to take it real slow… I’m still building up to 5k again…I miss running 10k’s through the bush.
• Last post was about going to Cape Town. Fantastic trip! Great to see old friends but did not get to see everyone (sorry!)
• Did a trip to the Drankensberg, BEAUTIFUL! Id’ never been, it’s stunning.
• My birthday, 40! Fantastic celebration with friends – THANK YOU!
• Saw Johnny Clegg for my birthday – Brilliant – Thanks Ang x
• Work, busy but not chaotic.
• House plans are with the council now… should have these passed in a few weeks!
• Thinking about dusting off my surf board… it’s been awhile…
• Life… great.
